Return and Refund Policy

Reef Perfumes Distribution provides a 7-day return period for customers within Canada. This allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused, unopened, and undamaged
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.


2. How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, full name, and the reason for your return request.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

Important: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

For returns other than faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If Reef Perfumes Distribution provides a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Customers will be informed of any deduction before the refund is issued.


4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at:

We will review the issue and provide instructions to replace or refund the item where applicable. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, the replacement or refund will be handled at no additional cost to you.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products not in their original packaging
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Items returned without prior approval

6. Exchanges

We do not provide direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, you must return your original item by following the return process above. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
