We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, weather, service interruptions, or events outside our control.
While the risk of loss may pass to the consumer upon delivery to the carrier, Reef Perfumes Distribution is committed to customer satisfaction. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery issue so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or providing a reasonable resolution where applicable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order. Reef Perfumes Distribution is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
