All orders placed with Reef Perfumes Distribution are processed within 1–2 business days from Monday to Sunday, provided the items are in stock.
While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as transit times depend on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, service interruptions, and other factors outside of our control.
Order Transit
Estimated transit time is 1–2 business days from Monday to Sunday.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Reef Perfumes Distribution is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Origins and Taxes
We ship from Canada.
All prices shown on our website exclude applicable sales taxes. Sales taxes, including GST, HST, QST, or other applicable taxes, may be calculated and charged at checkout where required by law.
Shipping Costs

Return Shipping Costs
For returns, other than faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, Reef Perfumes Distribution may provide customers with a prepaid return shipping label.

Local Pickup
If local pickup is available at checkout, customers may select this option.
After placing your order and selecting Local Pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1–2 business days from Monday to Sunday.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information within 1–2 business days.
This tracking information allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Reef Perfumes Distribution is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, service interruptions, or events outside of our control.
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in reviewing the issue and, where applicable, filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Reef Perfumes Distribution is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
