Who can buy from NJA Fragrance Distribution?

We sell wholesale only, to registered businesses such as perfume shops, gift stores, pharmacies and online retailers. Apply for a wholesale account with your business name, address and business number. Once we approve you, you'll see wholesale prices and can order.

How long does approval take?

We review every application personally and email you as soon as your account is approved.

Is there a minimum order?

There's no minimum per product, so you can mix any scents and quantities. Orders of $1,000 or more ship free. Orders under $1,000 ship for a flat $35.

Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada from our Canadian warehouse, so there are no customs or border delays. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We are the exclusive distributor of Reef Perfumes in Canada, and all Assaf and IBRAQ products come directly from the brands.

What if an item arrives damaged or an order is wrong?

Contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.

Can I return products?

Because these are fragrances, please contact us before sending anything back so we can review your request.

How can I pay?

You can pay securely at checkout with the payment methods shown there.

An item is sold out. When will it be back?

Click "Notify me when it's back" on the product page and we'll email you as soon as it's restocked.

How do I reorder quickly?

Use the Quick order page to fill in quantities for every scent on one page, or view your past orders under My orders.
